Self Fisting - Getting past the knuckles?

Hi everyone,

I had some time this weekend, and was toying around, I kept craving something bigger and bigger. Finally I started in with my hand.

I got all four fingers in to the start of the knuckles, but it seems to stop there. From the awkward angle of trying to fist yourself in the ass, I can't get enough leverage or pressure to push any harder and stay relaxed enough to get in further. I also feel like the distance between the bones at where my legs connect with my hips aren't wide enough to allow me to to get past.

Am I just trying to take this too fast, and just need more insertion and stretching time? I am still pretty tight, as anytime I remove something from me I close up instantly (slams shut) and cant gape.

Any tips, tricks, advice greatly appreciated!

I am having this same issue with my self, for 3 years now, I have yet to get past 4 fingers, I can get my thumb in but not past the knuckles
some elbow length latex gloves and some lube and we can be the best of friends

My partners and I have been having the same issue for some time, in that I simply cannot stretch far enough to accommodate either of their hands past the knuckles. However, for what it's worth, I've been doing a good deal of additional stretching exercises, and it feels as though I am getting progressively closer to success. My belief is that it can be done with sufficient preparation, as others on the forums here have proved that the physical limitations can be overcome.

Hopefully that anecdote was of some use.

The same thing was happening to me, but I learnt to overcome it, you have to push yourself a little..

I've figured out that it had nothing to do with bone structure or flexibility..

This is what I did, it could work for you:


Get well warmed up, get to the point where you think you're at your maximum (up to knuckles), now you're gonna put 3 fingers in, as far as you can... Keep pushing, even when you think they're all the way in there... Then pull out... Do this a few times, you can do it fast if you want to open faster (and it feels better).. Anyway, after you've done this a while, put your three fingers in, and start to curl your fingers up, and keep pushing.. You should feel it just start to slightly move over your knuckles a tiny bit... Keep doing this, back and forward, and then you should start working at pulling the three fingers out and being curled at the same time.. Start with it curled and uncurl them as they come out of your ass.. Start to do this, but gradually start to uncurl your fingers less and less, until your pulling your fingers out pretty well curled... Now after you've done this for a sufficient amount of time, you can start on four fingers.... Now the ultimate goal here is to get 4 past your knuckles with your thumb out... You're gonna insert 4 fingers.. get used to that, move them around and get used to them in there.. Now do the same thing you did with your three... Move all the way in, start to curl... pull out...
Once you've done this a bunch of times, when you're all the way up there curled... push a bit further.. It'll start to go over the knuckle... Keep doing this, but never do it fully.. Now, after you think you've been pretty stretch, put your fingers in straight, and curl them as you push... keep pushing, deep breath... it should slip almost all the way past the knuckles.. if not, try 3-5 times.. It'll go over.. and when it does, you probably wont be able to take it very long.. So count intervels, start with 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 8 seconds and keep going like that, until you can keep your 4 fingers in there past the knuckles.. Once you mess around with that, start turning your four fingers and knuckles and moving them around a bit.. Curling and whatever... Now you're gonna wanna put your thumb on your fingers now (duck bill).. Start pushing all your fingers in, but as you reach closer, pull your thumb slightly back, so that your four fingers can go in past the knuckle... Keep doing this, over and over, until your thumb is almost going in, also... When you feel that you're pretty stretched, try pushing in your thumb aswel (make sure you keep the same duckbill pattern you were with the four), do this for about 3-5 sets, then take a deep breath and push all the way in... Once you've gotten past the knuckles, you'll just know....

I don't know if those instructions are gonna make sense to anyone else, but that's how I learnt, haha. Hope it helped.

Wow dude, That was an good lesson for fisting... I never even thought about doing it like this.... Many thanks.. I never thought i would get passed the knuckles but with this, ill have a go & get back to u soon & let u know how i went...

I'd like to say thanks... This really worked.. I got my fist dildo all the way in to the wrist...

It was like the first time i put something up my bum... I came really hard & let out a yelp as it pulled itself right into the wrist..

I couldn't keep it in long, Maybe about 10 sec... I thought i was going to exploded...


Can't wait till i can get it in again... This takes time & effort & leaves u feeling tired from streching your bum muscle in the complete oppisite direction to what it normally does.... :D

I have used the bathroom counter. Lay a towel on the edge of the counter. I can catch the counter right at the wrist of my hand for easy insertion this way. I did not feel like my bones would spread at first. Butt practice makes perfect.

this is by far the best method i have ever read on this site, i like how once u get 4 fingers in you can clench your fist, making it wider and then releasing it when u cant take it anymore its just enough give

hi , it took me some thing to both full fist and get the right flex and to insert my own hand . I found a open fist toy is the best to start with , then once your done there , you can practice with your flex. Best of luck .
They can say some people cant fist , I dont believe them . I have only a small frame and can now take 3 " 3/4 inch Butt plug , it just takes practice
