How to get past sigmoid
« on: March 25, 2013, 11:51:08 pm »
Big dildo goes in, takes it a little but stops going... any moves or answers as to how to bury a big one?

  • There's nothing better than a soaking wet Vagina for me! But I am an anal lover, fisting, stretching and deep penetration.

Try searching the forum more, there have been plenty of posts on deep play.

To go deeper, I've found it best to insert plenty of non-irritating lube into my ass, and use a 1-1.5 inch thick, 12-18" long dildo to open up the inner muscles. Then once you can burry this dildo deep with enjoyment, take it slow on a slightly wider one. I personally love my Doc Johnson's "Chrystal Jelly" 18" double ender.

Hi!
I postet sort of the same question about three days ago, but hasn't got any replys.
I've got a double headed about 15 inches that goes all the way, but can't take the thick one deep at all. I read something about getting down onto one side, so that the colon moves into more of a straight line, but haven't tried it yet.
My guess is that it takes a lot of lube as well...

I found laying on my left side, but with my chest facing more downward, helps sometimes, but best position for me is usually kneeling either upright or chest to the bed. Other times laying on my back is good too, ass a little elevated.
The main thing is to be relaxed. And use lots of lube!

Been trying to slide my 2" thick 18" dildo in past the sig... Feeling sore in my stomach on the left side near where the dildo passes close to my front (I can feel it penetrating me through my skin) after this deep play. I've not ruptured anything, the symptoms aren't bad enough to worry about that, however I feel I am bruising internal organs?

Has anyone else had this feeling?

Remember the shape of your colon; it goes up your left side. Most likely what you're feeling is the stress of your colon's muscles and curves adapting to the toy, especially if the toy is on the thicker and/or stiffer side, since that will force the colon to change more of its shape. Some mild colon discomfort after deep play is normal even for experienced players, but if you're still feeling uncomfortable for more than a day or three afterwards, it could be a medical sign and you may need to check with a doctor. Better safe than sorry.

As for how I go big and deep with my toys, here's my list of do's and don'ts from 30 years of experience.

1. Make sure you are cleaned out. A little mess every now and then is one of the risks of sex play; shit happens, sometimes literally. But for most people, a shitty mess isn't conducive to the relaxed sexual mood necessary for big toy play or fisting, so keep yourself cleaned out as much as reasonably possible.

2. Make sure you are sober, relaxed and in control, physically and mentally, and have plenty of time. If you are caffienated, drunk, drugged, uptight, short on time or whatever, you might FEEL like you need the sexual tension breaker, but that's precisely NOT the time to be trying anything big. Yes, that includes not using poppers.

3. For positions, I prefer to either be kneeling on the toy, or lying down on my back. When lying down, I use my feet to help control longer toys, and sometimes roll on my sides as needed. Your mileage may vary.

4. Start by going wide first. Lube and open up your anus, so your deeper toys will go in easily. If you have to fight just to get a toy inside, you'll likely be too tense to go deep. Personally, I like to start with either my fingers or my Chase Hunter plug, which has a nice taper to open me up gradually.

5. When you're ready to go deep, start with a smaller, more flexible toy and use plenty of lube. Go slow and pay attention to the curves of your body. When you feel resistance, such as at the sigmoid, don't force it. NEVER FORCE IT. Just keep gentle pressure on the toy and slowly move the toy around; pump it gently, twist it inside you, slowly rotate the end of the toy outside your body like a crank. This all changes the shapes and angles of pressure being presented to your body. Do this and stay relaxed, maybe give a gentle push or squeeze every now and then with your muscles to help open it up, and eventually the toy will massage its way in. Go slow, stay relaxed, and let the toy do the work. This also applies to working your way around the corners of your colon, once you get to that point.

6. Once you are comfortable with smaller, more flexible toys, then you can start working your way up the scales of size and stiffness in the same manner. You may not bury every toy on the first try (people seldom do) but toy play, and especially depth play, is a long term investment. Most people spend years or even decades developing their width and depth. Never be in a hurry. If you don't meet your goal in this session, there's always next time.

7. Never put in what might not come back out. Full insertions may be spectacular on video, but rest assured that the people doing those things have had plenty of practice, and even then I don't endorse it in most cases. The only toys I do full insertions with are my double-enders, which are flexible and have rounded heads so they naturally tend to work their way back out. Never fully insert a toy with a flat bottom end; that flat end can easily get lodged against your tailbone or inside your sphincters, and then you're stuck. I speak from hard experience; I once spent a few days in hospital because I fully inserted a toy with a flat bottom end.

8. Never use hard rimmed objects such as cans or glasses, even for partial insertions. Those things can really tear you up. With such objects, it's very easy to pinch and cut the soft tissues of your rectum between the object and your tailbone, and they have no "give" when you push on them, so it's very easy to get muscle injuries. If you're crazy enough to do a full insertion with such an object, good luck getting it back out; that's really all I can say for you.

9. Always listen to the signals of your body. Any significant pain, and especially sharp pain, means that you need to stop. If you get muscle spasms and your body tries to push the toy out, DO NOT RESIST. That way lies a hernia, or worse. If a toy wants to come out, let it come out.

10. Some discomfort is normal after any toy session, especially after deep play; for me, it usually feels like a little muscle soreness and/or gassy feeling at the corners of my colon. If those uncomfortable feelings last for more than a day or three, you should seriously consider going to a doctor. Peritonitis is not something to be messed with.

11. Big toys = big stress on your body, and this goes double for deep play. You have to find your own comfort zone on breaks, but I usually skip a few days, or sometimes even a few weeks between really heavy sessions, to allow my body to recuperate and let my systems function normally for a while. The horror stories you hear about incontinence and whatnot usually come from people who have overstressed their bodies for long periods of time, and/or have hurt themselves in some acute manner. Don't be one of those people.

Hope that helps.

The best advice I can give is, if in doubt, use more lube.

I had hit a point where I was just completely stuck, I had a toy that kept on defeating me, about 2.8" thick and 16" in length, pretty stiff, and every single time I was getting stuck at around 9/10" deep.

Anyway, I recently bought some j-lube, mixed up a batch, and had my first play session in a month or so.

Well I sunk that bad boy all the way without any problems at all, with the only difference being that I used a lot of very good lube, rather than the relatively small amount of water based stuff that I had before.
